2. Service Appointments

Scheduling

Service appointments can be scheduled by phone, email, or through our website contact form. We will confirm all appointments and provide estimated arrival times.

Cancellation Policy

We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in cancellation fees or service discontinuation.

Access to Property

You must provide safe access to your pool and equipment for our technicians. This includes securing pets, unlocking gates, and ensuring the work area is accessible. If we cannot access your pool, a service visit fee may apply.

3. Payment Terms

• Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee
• Past due accounts may be subject to late fees and service suspension

4. Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will address the issue promptly.

Equipment Warranty

Equipment we install carries the manufacturer's warranty. We also provide a labor warranty on installations as discussed at the time of service.

5. Limitations of Liability

• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions not disclosed to us
• We are not liable for pool issues arising between service visits (for maintenance customers)
• We are not responsible for damage caused by Acts of God, vandalism, or misuse
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided
